I am a massage therapist, acro yogi, traveler, dancer, earth steward, and health and wellness advocate. My mission is to lead a wild, joyful, and embodied life and inspire others to do the same. After gaining a degree in psychology and traveling the world, I found my real connection to healing through massage and bodywork. I studied at Denver Integrative Massage School and the Thai Institute in Colorado and completed a yoga teacher training from Ace of Cups in Austin, TX. I continue to explore my fascination with the human form each and every day. I am passionate about movement in general and my exploration of yoga, aerial, acro, dance, long distance hiking, and many other movement practices inform the way I give massage.
As a Massage therapist I assist those who feel trapped or compromised by their bodies feel more embodied and find pathways to greater ease, alignment, and joy in life. My goal is for my clients to experience their bodies as an asset rather than an obstacle to their success.
I love helping others explore their bodies and the world in new ways and I believe strongly in the healing power of touch and the use of plant based medicine to bring a lasting sense of ease and alignment into life. In addition to addressing pain, injury, and stress patterns, I aim to facilitate connection and awareness through the body. I believe that the body is a map to our individual realities and that through exploration of that map we can uncover and resolve unhealthy patterns, resulting in greatly improved physical and mental health.
There’s an old Chinese proverb that states:
Tension is who you think you should be.
Relaxation is who you are.
My goal is to help others find that place of inspired relaxation so that they may remember who they are.
I offer Thai fusion– my own unique combination that borrows elements form Thai bodywork, Swedish, deep tissue, Breema, and yoga.
In addition to experiencing pain relief and stress reduction, my goal is for you to experience your body in new ways, so that you leave with greater curiosity and understanding of your body, and perhaps even new ways of being and moving in the world.
Re-create your body. Re-create your life.
